CHECK IN / OUT

Arrival/departure policy:
Check in time is 3 pm day of arrival. No early check-ins, unit alarm will be armed. Check out time is 11 am sharp. We need this much time to prepare the unit for check ins. Please adhere.

Booking deposit policy: Guests are required to endorse a guest rental agreement. 

A booking deposit equal to the cost of one night's stay plus tax is required to reserve the LODGE.

The balance in full is due 14 days prior to check in.  Unless, if you are booked short term (ie. reservation taken within 14 days of stay, OR if your stay is over the Christmas / New Years Holidays which we require the stay to be paid in full by December 1st.

 

Cancellations within the 14 day period prior to check in will cause forfeiture of the booking deposit.


*All bookings for the period of December 17 - January 2 require payment in full by December 1. If cancelled prior to December 1, the Booking Deposit will be forfeited unless the properties can be re-rented, in which case only the $65.00 (sixty-five dollar) service charge will apply. After December 1, guests will forfeit the entire rental amount unless the home(s) can be re-rented, in which case only the $65.00 (sixty-five dollar) service charge will apply.

Rules for occupancy:
Max occupancy is 10 persons (strictly enforced).


All vehicles parked overnight must be registered with the Snowline resident manager.  If make and license number of vehicle is not known prior to arrival, it must be filed with the resident manager upon arrival. Snowline resident manager conducts regular patrols.  There is NO parking on the edges of the property.  Please comply.

 

 

Snowline rules and regulations will be provided as part of your check in package. Any citations will be immediately charged to your credit card.
Keys are to be left in unit and door locked upon departure.


Lost keys/gate keys will be charged at $20 each.


To avoid additional clean up charges, guests will wipe down countertops and table surfaces of food debris, load dirty dishes and start dishwasher, pull sheets and towels from rooms and bathrooms and start laundry.

 

 

Guest(s) is/are required to endorse a rental agreement and bakerlodge LLC must be notified in advance of any increase in the size of your party.

 

A credit card # is required on all rentals as a security/damage deposit and Guest(s)/Cardholder(s) shall be charged for any damages and/or unnecessary housekeeping as per the Responsibility Agreement.

 

Absolutely no pets are permitted in properties not specifically designated for such purposes.

Management reserves the right to move your group to a similar vacation property should the one reserved become unavailable.

Guest(s)/Cardholder(s) must be a minimum of 23 years of age.

Any Changes will result in a $25.00 Change Charge, per change, unless upgrading. Upgrades are free.

NO PETS - Pets are prohibitted at the Bakerlodge.  However we, the oweners do have dogs, so guests with pet allegies should be aware.  Since our property is not “pet-friendly” - violation of this rule will subject the Guest(s) to immediate eviction, with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid, plus a $250.00 cleaning charge will automatically be assessed to the Guest’s credit card.

NO SMOKING!!!

All vacation properties are non-smoking! Ash urns are provided at exterior door entrances of all vacation properties. Properties found to have been smoked in will subject the Guest(s) to an immediate $250.00 cleaning charge assessed to the Guest’s credit card.

HOT TUB!! The key is either located on a stick on top of the refrigerator, or on your key ring for the property. Please remember to re-secure the lid or door when you are done! Due to local health department regulations, hot tubs are pre-set to operate between 98deg and 102deg.

This may be a bit too cool or too hot for some folks, but is a situation under which we have NO control.

Bed & Bath linens are provided, appropriate to the designated occupancy limits of the vacation property. When your supply of bath linens is exhausted, please feel free to use the washer & dryer provided as part of your rental.* Additional linens including beach towels are not available. A “starter supply” of laundry detergent*, dish soap, dishwashing detergent*, liquid hand soap, bath soap, toilet paper, & paper towels are provided for your convenience. If your stay is extended, or you just have a propensity for going through a lot of a given item, you’ll want to bring additional supplies with you.

Due to Fire Department regulations regarding child safety we are unable to provide matches and candles in our vacation properties.  The home does have a wood burning fireplace for one of it's heat-sources. (firwood provided on site)

There is NO cell phone reception in our mountain area. This is why it is so important to distribute the enclosed materials of your confirmation email (i.e. maps and directions) to all members of your party!

There is NO TV reception in our mountain area, so feel free to bring (VHS) videos. We have an extensive collection on-site and they also can be rented locally.
